Raised in a multicultural environment, I grew up bilingual and am fluent in five languages. My career has taken me across Europe and beyond, working on diverse continents. I’m an internationally active HR consultant, corporate trainer, and ICF-certified business and leadership coach.

Dejan Simić is an entrepreneur, HR expert, agile coach, and Scrum Master with over 20 years of experience in developing people and organizations. He earned his Master’s degree in Commercial Sciences from the University of Economics in Vienna. His leadership roles across various countries have given him a solid foundation for understanding modern global business.
Throughout his career, Dejan has led several successful companies. Notably, he served as the director of an Austrian HR firm with 600 employees operating across three countries.
He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Economics in Vienna, specializing in commerce with a focus on human resources. His thesis explored the topic: “Factors of a Successful Selection Process”.
Fluent in five languages and having worked in multiple countries, Dejan is a recognized expert in multicultural leadership and communication.
For five years, he was the CEO of a workforce leasing company in Austria with 600 employees and operations in three countries. He also served for five years as CFO of the Austrian Employment Agency, overseeing 2,500 employees.
With 15 years of entrepreneurial experience, he has founded three successful companies and remains active as an HR and agile consultant.
Happily married, has three extremely naughty kids and a tenacious Yorkshire Terrier.
He currently works as an agile coach in the Stuttgart area in Germany.
