Dejan Simić is a renowned entrepreneur, Fortune 500 consultant, and executive coach with over two decades of experience guiding organizations through transformation, growth, and cultural integration.

 

His career spans continents, industries, and leadership roles—each anchored in his unwavering belief that people are the true engine of any progress.

 

Holding a Master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Economics in Vienna, Dejan began his journey with a thesis on “Factors of a Successful Selection Process”—a topic that foreshadowed his lifelong dedication to building resilient, people-first organizations.

 

He has served as CEO of a multinational workforce leasing company with 600 employees across three countries, and as CFO of the Austrian Employment Agency, where he oversaw 2,500 staff and helped shape national employment strategies.

 

His entrepreneurial portfolio includes founding and scaling three successful companies, each rooted in human resources, agile transformation, and operational excellence.

 

Fluent in five languages and deeply attuned to cultural nuance, Dejan is a recognized expert in multicultural leadership and emotionally intelligent communication.

 

His consulting and training work with Fortune 500 clients reflects a rare blend of strategic rigor and soulful care—helping leaders plan and manage change that lasts.

 

Today, Dejan continues to serve as an agile coach in the Stuttgart area and as a consultant, trainer and coach globally. 

 

Outside the boardroom, he’s a proud husband, father of three delightfully mischievous children, and loyal companion to a tenacious Yorkshire Terrier.
